Due to real life circumstances I'm unable to continue work on the 25AC. I want to thank the mappers who have participated this far, for their outstanding work. I think we've got 7 or 8 maps so far. And there are still 6 months before the official 25th anniversary of the release of our favorite game....

Read/watch lots of tutorials. Start small with very basic maps and get comfotable with the tools. Open maps you like and study how they are built. Create lots of test maps for brush-building, triggers, pathing, texture FX, etc. Then when you are confident, go nuts. Build what inspires you. Make mist...

Access is usually limited, but enough to meet most needs. Open Game Art is completely free. In some cases you may need to do some homework on extracting/co...
