1. Yes they should be team-locked, but when a team is eliminated (because of CTFM's default rules), the vehicle should be despawned, or unlocked. I like the unlocking approach, it gives kind of a strategy-game-esque aspect to the game, of "colonizing" a cleared base to use their vehicles. ...

It looks ok, but it feels a bit too weak against jeeps, especially considering it's Instagib. A player could hop off a jeep, grab the flag, and hop back in, all before a Super Shock Rifle's fire animation concludes. I think the Instagib damage reduction on vehicles doesn't have to be so strong. Maybe 10% by default instead? And make it configurable from a .ini!

Both versions in medor.no-ip.org have the random health drops option, but in Pinata, weapon drops seem a bit broken (being unable to pick up weapons of a kind you already have, i.e. for ammo), as opposed to PinataRetail.

Truuuue... But hey, the cows have ingame effects! They can drop different things! And being desireable to being killed by players/bots is usually bad, but can counterintuitively be good if they have seeds in them!

...Yeah, you're right, it's going too far haha.
