Could someone tell me where the keybind information is in the unreal oldschool mod?

I got a mappack from mapraider.com:

, but I wanted to bind the f6 keys for quicksave and f9 for quickload. But it is not entering. And sometimes changing the ini file works.

In the in-game menu, go to Options->OldSkool Configuration and then to the Keys tab.
