changing how a rifle looks

hi guys and girls i know its probably been posted allready but here goes i use the 50 cal barratt rifle on my server.
what i would like to do is put sxs on the rifle and possibly change the reticle when zooming because a lot of people are having issues with there being a black box in the zoom.
wich i know can sometimes be sorted by changing high detail actors set to true.

also i would like to stop it reloading after 10 shots
i can manage to change the texture and import it then i get a bit stuck are there any posts out there that can help please i am a newbie when it come to this side of things
