I'm sure you will be pleased to know that this issue is fixed in 469dRC2 - tested on your edits of WaterGiant and Ramshot - the Blue SkaarjBerserker and Titan now attack the Red player - not tested with bots but assume the same thing happens. I haven't though, since the 'fix' seems to have been to amend the code of ScriptedPawn (reverting back to the 436 code but with an option to disable the fix where desired), there would appear to be no intrinsic reason why everything should not function OK in multi-team CTF maps (you could get 469d and try it for yourself

And I do not blame you. It is one thing to decide not to use the patch, cause that is what freedom is for. It is another to keep whining even after developers managed to address your "issue", when so many others have way higher priority.

Since what you describe as a 'glitch' actually fixed what the devs consider to be (for want of a better phrase) 'bad code' in 436, they have now had to revert to that 'bad code' (and do other changes in the code of ScriptedPawn) SOLELY to address the issue with the UTDM pawns that you raised and so it is discourteous not to install 469d and test out the UTDM pawns (and the rest of the patch) for yourself.
I can understand that you may be apprehensive about potential bugs but personally I have found few and none that have had much impact on my enjoyment of the game nor of using the Editor. The number of bugs have reduced over time and now seem mainly to be things that most players and users will seldom, if ever come across (especially if one has a mainstream/common OS). All this must, of course, be set alongside the significant performance and other improvements in many areas/facets of the game and of the Editor that the patch offers.

There's no rush, and the patch that came out prior to 469 I didn't get for a very long time until after it was released.
Heck, MonsterHunt has been patched & upgraded a few times and I'm still running with the original version.
Not quite what happened here, though... and I was never whining.
More outright yelling.
The issue was apparently only addressed and fixed just this past week, so again... there's no rush.

And it widely tested and talked in tester channel on discord.
OFC you not join any discord or participate any testing. Or even github talk. you just come here to random topics with unrelevant info.
As person who familiar with forum and as person who come to new topics with unrelevant comments, you must already know where search download link.
Since there:
1. be new topic about that,
2. link stay same as in previous time
3. there be enough ado about this.
4. Main page as usual contain few links to it.
5. Even some members use such link in signature, so it popup basically everywhere.
