Wasn't intending to use them at the same time, but I've got maps with stuff from NW2 embedded on them that I don't wanna have to re-edit.

Do you mind if I repost this to a few other forums? There's a few I frequent you haven't hit up with this yet.

Yep, this is just as epic as I thought. Most fun parts are:
  • Megaton: keypad entry is brilliant
  • UltimaProtos: The firing sequence is just awesome, as is the actual explosion
  • Ionizer: Love watching it launch, and the buildup to the thing actually firing is brilliant
  • Nukes: Again, the explosions are amazing to watch
  • Cybots: Love those little fellas. Heli-drones are great fun, and the vortex bot is just fantastic
  • Translocator: Who doesn't love being able to decapitate someone with it?
  • Graviton beam: The physics on that thing must be complicated, but the way the beam curves is great
  • Blades: Again, decapitation for the nation! Great fun to use
I'm running out of ways to say awesome.

As an aside, has anyone considered making a definition file for the Nexgen Mod Config plugin? I reckon that might come in handy for server admins.

This mod gives a mapper LOTS of new ideas, lol - my head is exploding out the front, back, sides, and top... (so it basically blew my head off :loool: )
:tu: :tu: :tu:

I especially enjoy dropping unsuspecting bots into deep pits, lol!
I can just toss them off the edge as I run along ... gg :satan:

By the way, when should we expect NW4 to be ready?

I translate: Never! I think it is a great trilogy and somewhere at some point everything has to end somehow.
About to be non-active
My very last UT map project: CTF-FacePalm (tropical CTF-Face remake)
Why do I leave? click here
What I want to do next: Joining an UDK team (uncertain however) and improve 3D modelling and texture editing skills
Thanks to those who visibly supported me until/at the end!
My reactivated account on indiedb.com.

Well, a few set of wild bugs appeared, which will probably force me to re-release the entire pack (some are in very specific weapons, others may be in the core file itself which the entire mod depends on).

So, any bugs at all, no matter how small their look like, please report in. Consider the current version a RC and not the final version.

Well, most bugs reported (from many other places) are not from the mod itself, many times it's a mistake from the player or misinterpretation or something. But there are indeed a few that slipped and are most likely truly bugs, others I can simply anticipate that there are other mods that will do some sort of voodoo and break chains or loop them up.
So far I am mostly surprised no one complained about the pack full size :lol2:

Anyway, I should have known better (it's impossible for a team to release simpler projects in a stable condition, let alone one person relative a complex project like this one), so I will just iron it up so it gets better both client and server-side too, and I hope the 2nd public release fixes all the remaining bugs.

Btw, in the beta you guys did a really good job, so don't sweat it, it's only normal that bugs will appear on a release for hundreds of machines rather than in a small group of about a dozen.
I just hoped to not have to re-release it because of the filesize.
