107d was the beta version of 108.
If you worried about the bug revert to 107c or just set bEmptyServerSwitchMap=False in 108 as that's whats causing the problem.

Added adjusting emptyserverlevelswitch for a minimum of 3 minutes.
Added back to original bEmptyServerSwitch for empty server switch.
      bEmptyServerSwitchMap to switch to default map on current game.
      bEmptyServerRandomMap switches to random maps on current game.
Added !AddBots which adds 2 bots at a time.
Added !MaxBots for add Bots between Maxplayers-Minplayers-NumBots
Added If Admin then all !Add, !Kill and !Max works immediatley.

---------------
Fixed default map/game switching.
Added bClearAllPackageActors to clear packages before writing.
Added Mutate MapvoteX ClearPackages

---------------
Added if 1 map, end game says reloading if bNoEndGameVoting=True.
Added if only 1 player then !KillBots and !AddBot works ok.
Added !KillBot to only kill one Bot.
Removed bEnableEmptyServerSwitch.
Added bEmptyServerSwitchMap to replace above for default map.
Added bEmptyServerRandomMap to add to bEmptyServerSwitchMap.
Added Made StealthAdmin compatible.

Have made it so that if coop game and emptyserverlevelswitch=true then it will restart on default map.. and currently working on setting the Maximum maps to 1000 (from 500).per Gametype.

Alright has been a while since last update.. mainly because we've run out of ideas for mvx and it works perfectly.

However we have decided to extend a few things.

Maplimits increased from 500 - 1000. (per GameType) max 200,000 over 200 GameTypes @ 1000 Maps Per.
Gametypes increased from 100 - 200.

do you play offline?

theres more involved to Starting a Multiplayer game then just selecting the option for it in UT.

you need ServerPackages and Actors setup.

Ports opened (forwarded) on your router.
