ok so Ive found sometime to totally rebuild the CountryFlags.
inside this package you will find all resources used in this process.
also this website was a great help in finding 2-Letter Country Codes
Edit: removed 16px flags as they were horrendous.
32 px Flags CountryFlags32b;
64 px Flags CountryFlags64b;
Note: Although the 32/64 px Icons will work on current scoreboards they are kinda Big and will likely dominate your Scoreboards.
You will need to make changes to the code for said Scoreboards in order to accommodate these Icons.
16 px Icons should be fine to use immediately. 16 Bit icons look Horrendous tbh.
Also note that we are already working on SmartDM and SmartCTF so it is likely that we will use the 32Bit Package for these.

ok so have resized the 16x16px Country flags from CountryFlags3.utx and also fixed 2 flags which were not coming through due to a conflict of names within UnrealEd. Namely the flags for de and GT you will notice in CF3 that these are not what you would expect to see.
ok , have discovered that CountryFlags3 is missing 2 flags for de and GT which I have fixed and uploaded here.
