The sounds I'm asking fo are a WC-Flush sound and, actually a music converted in a sound, "Nasty Girl" by "Vanity 6". I know it seems weird but, it's cause of a "cool" club into that map... XD
Oh ty, do you think it would be better to not use textures showing copyrighted pictures?Dr.Flay wrote:The sticky thread above this has a huge range of free audio sites. I am quite sure 1 of them will have a toilet flush sound.
As for commercially available music, we cannot allow the distribution of it here.
If it is a free mix, then yes we can allow it.
I just did a quick search on google and can see plenty of mashups, so perhaps look for an even better version

However as for converting, since the new audio renderers were released, you can just use OGG and the newest test version also supports MP3

If you don't have a freesound account yet, it's easy to make one and free of course.
Why didn't you private message me then, instead of going off topic?sektor2111 wrote:Can you just simply g00gle something, get that, say nothing, use it, job done. What the heck it needs so much noise for a fart ?
Source must have some permissions content or not, else is pointless for free download.
BTW this is a FORUM not a CHAT, if you feel the need to chat with the other one a masive amount of information you can use any IM application. You make things harder for searching an information. Can you prove a minimum of intelligence? And Griffin was right about what he said, as usual an old man knows what is saying, he made a very good prediction.
For example, I have this picture as texture: http://blog.spiceandspoon.com/wp-conten ... -range.jpgpapercoffee wrote:You may use all this copyrighted materials as long as you don't claim the copyright for it yourself and as long as you don't going to sell it.
I understood typapercoffee wrote:It's even so, you are advertising their stuff ...and they don't pay you for it.
You can't drink their product from just watching a texture... music or graphic art are a different matter, because their kind of consumption is to be listened and to be viewed ... a disclaimer with the right copyright owner should be a must. to be on the safe side.
Or if you are living in the USA is the fair use thing in effect (or did this change?)
